We both climbed the mountains arboreal

Up wooden rocks so squirrel-handedly

Traversed the utmost branches just by feel

Towards the everests of each new tree.

Twin-tongued and thought to thought we reach each pause

As touch to touch and еуе to еуе we view

Тhе world below the passion of our cause

And up above - the heart of all we knew.

Amid the smell of green, I touch your face

You hold me with your eyes to help me see

We climb down to the earth enthralled with grace

With arms as tight as vines we are set free.

We are the consequence of all we'll be

And you are cause and consequence of me.
